Hi, I’m Ava

(pronounced Ah-va)

I have over two decades of corporate experience across marketing, sales, relationship management, and partnerships. I’ve worked in many different sectors and with companies of all shapes, sizes, and cultures.

I’m now a certified professional coach, focused on helping women realize their full potential.

A decade into my career, I realized I wanted a job that felt more meaningful to me. The problem was, I had no idea what that was or how to find it.
It took a lot of experiments and missteps, but eventually I landed a fabulous job (with a counter offer from another company to boot). That process — and subsequent career pivots — taught me how to navigate the job search process. The tools, resources, and guidance I provide are many of the things I used along the way.

Here are a few things that make my coaching process unique:

An emphasis on mindset

Your mind is often the biggest barrier to your success. By working with me, you understand how you can harness your thoughts and feelings to drive the results you want. Call it woo woo if you will, but just don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.

A marketing and positioning lens

I use my marketing expertise to ensure that you are well positioned and have a compelling narrative. A job search is about marketing and selling yourself, after all.

Lifetime negotiation support

I want you to earn as much as possible. I know negotiating your salary can be uncomfortable and scary. That’s why you get lifetime access to me for any salary negotiations. This alone more than pays for the cost of working with me as your coach.
